499dt Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 499dt ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 499dt website, games, betting services, promotional offers, and any related services available at 499dt.vip. By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 499dt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure they satisfy these requirements before proceeding with registration. 499dt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

  You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.

  You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

  You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 499dt, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when registering for or using a player account.

2. Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one account on the 499dt platform. The following rules apply to all account registrations and ongoing account maintenance.

  You are permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

  You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change, including your mobile number and any linked payment method.

  Your account credentials, including your username and password, are strictly personal and confidential. You must not disclose them to any third party. 499dt will never ask you to provide your password via email, telephone, or any communication channel. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

  KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request. You must submit a valid government-issued identity document and, where required, proof of address and proof of ownership of any payment method used. 499dt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

  499dt reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 499dt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

  Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved payment methods as listed in the Platform's Cashier section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

  You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account flagged for investigation.

  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Verified accounts in good standing are eligible to withdraw their available balance. Processing times vary by payment method but 499dt targets same-day settlement for verified accounts on bKash and Nagad withdrawals.

  Any active bonus funds held in your account at the time of a withdrawal request are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

  499dt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requests for source-of-funds documentation. Processing of the withdrawal may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of this review. This measure is applied in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

499dt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific terms attached to an individual promotion at the time it is offered.

  All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. 5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 499dt platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

  Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal or criminal activity. This includes depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate illegal payments to or from third parties.

  Colluding with other players, using automated software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, or employing any strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes. Any winnings derived from collusion or software exploitation will be voided and the accounts concerned closed.

  Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account for the purpose of circumventing account-level bonus restrictions, deposit limits, self-exclusion periods, or account suspensions.

  Making chargebacks or reversals of any deposit transaction without the prior written consent of 499dt. Initiating an unjustified chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action to reclaim any amounts unlawfully reversed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 499dt platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, game interfaces, text, images, audio, and video materials, is the property of 499dt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, translated, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 499dt.

The 499dt name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 499dt. Unauthorised use of these trademarks, including in connection with any competing service, is strictly prohibited and may constitute grounds for legal action. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499dt's liability to any player arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited as follows.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 499dt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

499dt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account in the circumstances described below. Where an account is closed at the player's request, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures.

  499dt may immediately suspend or terminate an account without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or has evidence of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; collusion or use of automated tools; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or any activity that 499dt determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

  Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes without finding any breach, the account will be reinstated and the frozen balance released. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as appropriate to the nature of the breach.

  A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 499dt support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's nominated payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

10. Amendments to These Terms

499dt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 499dt will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players by email or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.
